Kelly Reisdorf

Founder, Consultant, Atlas Advisory, LLC

Kelly Reisdorf is NIRI Twin Cities’ Advocacy Ambassador, and in this role, she is focused on addressing critical issues that impact the investor relations profession, shareholder engagements, and the capital markets.  This role aggregates the needs of NIRI diverse members, representing all sectors and market cap, and interfaces directly with the SEC and members of Congress and other organizations on public policy. 

Kelly is the founder and lead consultant for Atlas Advisory, LLC, a consulting service provider focused on communications, strategic messaging, and communications to corporate issuers and pre-IPO companies.  Kelly previously served as Vista Outdoor’s Chief Communications and Investor Relations Officer, responsible for investor relations, government affairs, communications, and PR/Media. 

Kelly holds an MBA in Accounting from Capella University and a BS in Business Administration from Bethel University.  She has attended numerous executive programs at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and the Harvard Business School’s programs focused on Sustainable Business Strategy.
